Packaging and materials splitting methods

With rustic surface, floor to be separated

Hold the piece and hit it while it is inclined 45° on wood or rigid rubber stump.

With rustic surface, multiple pre-cut floor:

Hold the piece and hit it on the corner of a wood or rigid rubber stump at the back, in the pre- incision

With rustic surface, step:

Hit the pre-incision in the centre of the material with a carpenter’s hammer after the separation of both pieces, eliminate the remaining residues with the hammer.

With rustic surface, skirting board:

Hold the four-pieces board and separate it into two two-pieces boards, hitting the piece almost equally on a wood or rigid rubber stump hold the piece and hit it while it is inclined 45° on wood or rigid rubber stump.

With rustic surface, wall – coping:

Hit the back of the sheet to be removed with the hammer in order to incline it, hit the pre-incision in the centre of the material with a carpenter’s hammer after eliminating the sheet, remove the remaining residues.

Sestino Cottofine/ Sesino Gaiole:

Hold the piece and hit it while it is inclined 45° on wood or rigid rubber stump

Sestino Strada / Sestino Strada Antico / Tozzetto Strada / Tozzetto Strada Antico:

Hold the piece and hit it while it is inclined 45° on wood or rigid rubber stump

Sestino Greve:

Hit the back of the material with the carpenter’s hammer along pre-incision to separate the pieces.
